My name is Lindsey and I can help you put the pieces back together.

Working with me, you’ll gain coping skills and feel empowered to create a more fulfilling life, brimming with more choices and freedom. Together we will challenge the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are not serving you well and develop strategies to help you feel better, assert yourself or make necessary changes in your life.
Our work can help you feel stronger and more resilient, think critically about what is happening in your life, dig deeper into the layers that contribute to feeling unhappy or stuck and learn about patterns that may be perpetuating the dissatisfaction or unhappiness you feel. It is from this vantage point that you’ll know how, why, where and when to make the necessary changes that will yield satisfying and positive outcomes, like growth and healing.
